With a 500.0ltr capacity, it holds 30 x 1/6 pans (12 x 65mm, 18 x 100mm deep). Finished in white colour-bond interior and exterior with stainless steel internal floor, pan, and preparation area, this range is designed and manufactured to international quality standards. The counter fridge’s tough stainless steel exterior and interior with radius corners provide for easy cleaning and durability. This range also comes with easy to position adjustable racking, shelf supports, drawers, and complete runner assembly for easy cleaning and maintenance. Lastly, the counter top thermowell prep units provide quick and easy access to ingredients. They come in a stainless steel interior and exterior, an option to change the standard pan configuration and are 9 x 1/3 100mm deep.
